Michael Kotik, Esq., has served as an attorney with the Ska Law Group in Philadelphia since 2015. During his time as a criminal defense lawyer in one of the nation’s most demanding and complex criminal justice systems, he thoroughly investigates and analyzes every aspect of his clients' cases. While protecting the rights of individuals in Philadelphia and surrounding counties, Michael Kotik seeks weaknesses in the Commonwealth’s case based on constitutional violations, to secure a dismissal, an acquittal, or reduced charges on behalf of his clients.

Michael Kotik studied information systems technology as an undergraduate at Drexel University. He continued his education at the university’s Thomas R. Kline School of Law, earning his juris doctor.
